Virtual Consult A personalized, one-on-one appointment conducted online (via video call or phone) where clients receive professional skin analysis, treatment recommendations, and product guidance from Monica, all from the comfort of their own home. During the consult, we’ll: • Review your skin concerns, goals, and history. • Analyze your skin (via video or submitted photos). • Discuss your current skincare routine and lifestyle factors. • Recommend tailored treatments, homecare products, and holistic practices that support your skin health, mental well-being, and self-love. • Provide ongoing support with a follow-up plan.
Cancellation Policy
We please ask that any changes or cancellations be made within 48 hours of cancelation. We require a deposit to set up an appointment. “NO-Shows” and cancellations after 48 hours will be charged the full amount of the original service booked. 20 minutes late is considered a last minute cancellation.
