For our peels, we choose from a range of medical-grade Image Skincare peels tailored to your concerns—acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, or texture. Includes post-peel home care education. We sit and have a very thorough consultation and follow with a custom facial and treatment plan
Cancellation Policy
By enrolling in an Esthetics by Monica Membership (“Membership”), you agree to the terms below. Memberships offer ongoing skincare and healing services at a preferred rate. Membership Structure Esthetics by Monica offers two membership tiers. Benefits and included services are listed on the Membership page and may be updated. All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial term, memberships continue month-to-month Early cancellation requires payment of any remaining months in the initial commitment period. Billing & Payments Membership dues are billed automatically on the same date each month from the original signup date. A valid debit or credit card must remain on file. Failed payments will be retried automatically. After 3 failed attempts, membership benefits will be paused until payment is resolved. All payments are non-refundable. Booking & Appointment Policies Members receive priority booking, though specific dates and times are not guaranteed. It is recommended to prebook to secure preferred times. 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeit of that month’s service. No Rollover Services Monthly services must be used within the billed month. There are no rollovers, extensions, transfers, or credits for unused services. Unused services expire at the end of each billing cycle with no cash value. Membership Benefits & Restrictions Member benefits apply only to the enrolled member and cannot be shared or transferred. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated. Guest passes (when offered) can only be used by new or non-member clients. Membership services cannot be gifted, transferred, or exchanged for other services Esthetics by Monica may adjust pricing, benefits, or policies with 30 days’ written notice to active members. Refund Policy-Membership dues, missed services, unused services, and monthly benefits are non-refundable. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Store Credit & Gift Cards Member discounts cannot be applied to gift card purchases. Gift cards cannot be used to pay membership dues. Conduct & Eligibility Membership may be terminated by the spa for: Disrespectful behavior. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations. Violation of spa policies. If the spa terminates a membership, the member’s current month may be honored, but no further billing occurs. Liability Waiver: Treatment results vary based on individual. No Roller over
